Riesenrad

At 38 meters high, a nostalgic Ferris wheel will be located in the Grand Prix paddock of the Nürburgring Classic for the first time in 2019. It "looks" directly into the Mercedes Arena, onto the start-finish straight and the entire Grand Prix circuit.

A new perspective

From above, there will be a new perspective with a wide all-round view of the "Nürburgring Classic". Visitors and teams, guests of honor and fans can get a stylish overview of the race event. A race track also needs a proper Ferris wheel. Suzuka, Silverstone and Le Mans are good examples. The Nürburgring has never before impressed with such a "ride" in a historic motorsport meeting - the organizers of the Nürburgring Classic thought it was long overdue.

View racing action from a lofty height

From May 24 - 26, 2019, of course the race track with 20 races and special runs and more than 800 starters invites you to visit - but also the new attraction: the Ferris wheel. "spinning wheel(s)" in a whole new way, so to speak. Children and young people up to 17 years of age ride for free; adults pay 2.00 euros.

In the early evening hours it becomes really romantic and colorful: The Dunlop Endurance Cup on the Grand Prix circuit from 7.45 p.m. on Friday evening for 120 minutes could be best enjoyed, for example, from one of the gondolas at a dizzy height...

Tickets to visit the Nürburgring Classic 2019 best to secure in advance. The Ferris wheel rides can then be purchased on site at the ticket booth of the Ferris wheel.
