Five classes, one goal: maximum performance
The starting grid is divided into five classes, in which drivers of all levels of experience compete against one another. The F1 class features Formula 1 cars built from 1996 onwards. The FORMULA and WORLD SERIES classes are particularly competitive, whilst SUPER LIGHTS comprises older Formula 3000 cars and six-cylinder vehicles. The OPEN category provides scope for individually modified cars and special racing concepts. The classes can be clearly distinguished by their start numbers and provide structure within a spectacular overall field.

Motorsport that gets under your skin
The combination of power, sound and speed makes the BOSS GP an unrivalled experience. This is supported by exclusive tyre partner Pirelli, which combines cutting-edge technology with ease of use. The result: maximum performance coupled with excellent rideability – for both professionals and ambitious riders.

Excitement on the Grand Prix circuit
The series really comes into its own on the legendary Nürburgring Grand Prix circuit. Qualifying is split into two sessions, ensuring fair conditions and maximum excitement. The races themselves are compact, intense and action-packed – each lasting 22 minutes. The F1 class is ranked after just 15 minutes, which adds an extra element of dynamism to the racing.
At the Nürburgring Classic 2026, spectators can look forward to a motorsport highlight that is not just meant to be seen, but above all to be heard and felt.
